Email was never intended to carry large files. It was, is, a simple quick messaging system. You may have noticed the initials 'SMTP' meaning SIMPLE Mail Transfer Protocol'. Over the years attachments have become bigger - maybe thousands of times bigger than the actual text message.
This is why many companies, when sending large files, use a link within the email to connect to HTTPS or FTP servers. You could use Dropbox but this will require your customers to login via a username and password that you supply, which is a clumsy way of doing things.
For a small monthly charge I can provide an area on my server where you can post large files that you can then link to any particular email. For most general usage I charge £5.00 per month, though you may decide you need a larger capacity.
I will show you how to use an FTP (File Transfer Protocol) access programme so that you can upload the files or images that you want each of your customers to see. It is advisable to use a PC or laptop for the process of uploading your files to your FTP storage, though it can be done via mobile phone. These files will then be available on the server for 28 days for your customer to download.

Using Filezilla File Transfer Protocol programme on your PC, Mac or laptop or FTP Rush on your mobile phone allows you to connect directly with your folder on my server to upload and download any type of document, privately and securely. FTP is ideal for sending large files such as images or spreadsheets.
