Agreement detail
The £240 monthly rate assumes an average monthly workload of 12 hours per month.
The £310 monthly rate assumes an average monthly workload of 20 hours per month.
There will be some weeks when you probably have less work for me to do and others when there will be more.
I can get through a lot of work in 12 and 20 hours respectively. However, if you believe this is insufficient for your requirements I will quote you a rate appropriate to your needs. I don't worry about the occasional time overshoot if your company is experiencing the odd busy period.
It may be, as our relationship progresses, you require me to perform additional functions — and I hope you do. If this is likely to significantly exceed the initial workload estimate I will advise you of a revised fixed monthly price for my services. Alternatively, if extra work is of a sporadic nature or a special event we can agree that I bill you separately for any significant extra time required to fulfil that event either on an hourly basis or as a fixed quotation for the package of work.
